Recognizing that wire and fiber have gone about as far as they can go, the founders of noWYR became enamored with the possibilities of modern wireless equipment. Since wired Internet services such as telephone dial-up are too slow for anything beyond basic Internet access for email and the cost of placing fiber has become prohibitively expensive, we recognized that wireless services are the logical alternative.

noWYR Broadband Internet Service was formed to do "what wire can't where fiber isn't". Our goal is to provide affordable, secure, quality, high-speed Internet bandwidth to businesses and communities that are underserved, disenfranchised, or overpriced.

To do this, we assembled a team of highly-qualified experts in radio, computers, and the Internet. Then we went shopping to obtain the best equipment, software, and supporting services available so we could offer you top-quality service while keeping your price down.
