Telephone service, long the exclusive domain of the regional telephone company, has some competition. It is now possible for businesses to use the Internet to lower telephone costs and harvest more “bells and whistles” than those available from “plain old telephone service”.

With the addition of Access Point broadcast towers on West Rattlesnake Mountain and Spar Pole Mountain, plus two local repeater stations for the Lackamas and Castle Pines housing developments, noWYR has increased it's coverage in Western Washington state to 8 Access Points serving 137 communities.
